Since 1997 ExamWeb has specialized in online exam technologies. As this is all we do, our software has undergone several revisions employing the latest technologies and incorporating user feedback. As a result, ExamWeb offers the most intuitive testing products for both user and administrators. We have been adopted by thousands of users and partners in over 30 countries for use in everything from education to corporate training to consumer products.

Matt Harris is ExamWeb's President and CEO. After working with a variety of consumer product companies, in 1991 he joined Warner Brothers to help them launch their Studio Store division. As Western Regional Gallery Operations Manager, he assisted the company in expanding from four to over 100 stores in just three years. He was responsible for operational growth and development as well as management and training of a gallery sales force in over 20 stores on the West Coast generating over $25 million in revenue.
In 1995, Mr. Harris received his MBA from Pepperdine University's Executive Program with a concentration in strategic planning. He left Warner Brothers and spent two years investing privately, consulting small companies on strategic planning, and speaking about analyzing investment offerings. He has been profiled on the CNN - Fortune Newsstand Show, in Business Week, and in Young Money Magazine. He has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Money Magazine, and San Francisco Chronicle discussing IPO's, investment strategies, and the e-Learning industry.
In 1997 Mr. Harris founded ExamWeb while preparing to take the CFA (chartered financial analyst) exam. Since then he has served as the company's President and CEO.
Mr. Harris continues to stay involved with Pepperdine by serving on several Boards at the University and its Graziadio Business School.
Jon Gruber is ExamWeb's VP of Partner Relations. Shortly after Mr. Gruber received his MBA at USC in 1989, he joined National Medical School Review (NMSR) as the COO and for the following 10 years NMSR was his home. The medical education company provided live lecture presentations and published books for students and physicians preparing for board examinations and acquiring continuing medical education at sites around the United states and the Caribbean. His chief responsibilities included marketing and sales strategy, strategic planning, faculty acquisition and product development.
In 1998 after ten years of double digit growth, he successfully negotiated the sale of NMSR to Kaplan, Inc., a leading provider of test prep programs and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Washington Post Company. For several years after the sale, Mr. Gruber played a leading role successfully merging NMSR's renown medical education programs with Kaplan excellent distribution system to the education market. |
